actually they do have an archive section. all torrents are shown on browse.php, but you can click either 'new' or 'archived' as seen in the screenshot above.

Are they sortable by genre?
EDIT:
I am in already
The site can't be compared to Softmp3 though, and I am unable to sort the torrents by genre on Archive category
-------------------
Scc seems to me better that VIPM for music.
VIPMusic:
14.540 torrents (mp3) sortable by genre.
531 video torrents
-----------
SCC:
13.367 torrents (mp3), all of them freeleech, non sortable by genres
1.417 music video torrents, all of them freeleech
--------------------
So whoever has an SCC account won't miss much

In case you haven't noticed there are nice collections on vipmusic and some contain even a hundred+ releases.
Anyway, so far i'd say it's the best general scene music tracker out there. Probably comparing to softmp3 they only have half of the content, but I believe sooner or later they will get there.
Speeds are very good, pre times are just awesome, mvids and mdvdrs are free and as the staff over there mentioned already, they're thinking about some bonus system (actually some time ago, so i guess it might happen soon).
Once again, if you don't have an account over there, now might be you chance. Before it's too late, before they set a user limit (unless there's one already, which i don't seem to be able to find).
Seeding bonuses would be a good idea, since to have a good ratio does not seem to be so easy on VIPM.
About music collections, there are some nice ones and Discographies on TorrentBytes, also, (253 torrents on Music packs) that are ratio free. There's no invite system there and it seems they open reg when some acounts are pruned, it's a good option since they have a good amount of Music torrents and the ratio does not seem to be prob.
The combo Scc, Filemp and TorrentBytes is the best one for music scene releases Imo, athough a decent Archive like the Softmp3 used to have is what I miss the most
new softmp3 just emerged...same layout and look.

i doubt fil*sharefreak would talk about it if it was a scam.

whenever people agree with me, i always feel i must be wrong.
It doesent work, registration was closed, maybe too quickly...
Keep your signature in old sanskrit please.
The TL daily packs are alright. I use a combination of VIPM and SCC. Serves me well.
