Opening .bin Files

hey, im downloading warcraft3.bin
and i was wondering, how the i open a .bin file? cause i remember i could never open bin files before.. is there anyway i can extract the contents of warcraft3.bin ?
without paying for anything..

But actually u don&#39;t open it up u just burn it to cd with nero then install it from disc.

Oh yeah I forgot about that. Well then keep on with the WINISO or ISOBuster that would have been what I would have said too.
