EvoPT is not the glamour it was years ago, but still good.
BTNext is good for content as you said.
And Im not surprised you don't know about Ntorras not even I who has tried these past year to get into it, couldn't. My friend has an account but it's so hard to get an invitation... but believe me it has blazing speeds, doesn't go lower than 1MB with even few seeds.
Also it's a "Madeira" originated tracker, so for people who live there(like me) gets unbelievable speed.

first time i head about it too. there was some years ago the only true "community" tracker kind, which was random-axs, but when the authorities closed btuga, they decided to close it too to not take some heat. i remember it was so hard to join random-axs as it was uk-t or ftwr.
evopt i agree with you. it's far from what it used to be, my account died out of inactivity.
