Why's it Banned??...Is India banned on PTN list..A few hours back i could access it(i got a pending status).

I am sure India is NOT banned on any tracker. At least that is not he way PTN works. Maybe your app was rejected, or maybe thats standard procedure till your app waits to be scrutinized. (To prevent you from applying again.)

Wait for some time. Thats all i can suggest.
