7zip can do it too, any size...why does everyone use a proprietary software that's shareware, well nag ware after 30 days, when 7zip is far superior and free.

yes ! winrar can do good in that .. just select the split to volumes option

like he said
compressing video file from winrar wont make size smaller etc but it will take alot time
so if u reaily want parts then dont forget to select compression method as store which will just store files fast
