    A bought out rep from california is trying to make it laww that would require clients to notify users that thier files are being shared. What the heck?! Does she not have anything better to do then bend to the whims of entertainment companies?

    What do you mean? She is trying to make it law that all p2p applications must be clear and get your consent before sharing any of your files. I only read it quickly though, I think that is what she is trying to do.
