With some ITC-guys that are capable even the work-around the work-around won't work

Some time ago at work they started filtering all kind of P2P-sites and shit. I tried to circumvent by using every possible method but failed time after time.
Luckily they lifted the filter on P2P

If the site bans your IP, the method in the first post won't help... proxies will, though.

Can't remember any site you can easily get "blocked from", but try going to a library or somewhere where there's a content filter in place.
