Sounds so hard, why not just sign up for a VPN with OpenDNS support, I only pay 10$ a month for VPN at IPVanish. Just switch country through the software. I have used PureVPN before and they had the same service with an OpenDNS feature. PureVPN even had optimized servers just for Netflix access when i was with them. I switched to IPVanish because they block usenet and p2p traffic as well.
Even PremiumizeMe has a dirt cheap service that offers pretty good and reliable proxy access, plus those guys throw in usenet and filesharing server access too. (uploaded, rapidgator, etc) not bad for the poorman's way to go. They also have a VPN too, but I couldn't get it to work at all because of my ISP's router not playing well with OpenVPN. (Strangely though, IPVanish connections I'm using are over OpenVPN and they work.)
I don't mind paying some peanuts for a service that figures out all the stuff for me, but to each his own.
