Create A Vcd With A Menu

Is there any program that can let me make a VCD with some sort of fancy menu, that let's me pick what to play.

For example, I burn a bunch of music video clips onto VCD. I put the CD into my DVD player, and a menu comes up. From there I pick what video clip I want it to play, then after it's finished it will go back to the menu.

I did some searching and found nothing, anyone know a program that can do this?

Nero also lets you make a VCD menu, its pretty basic but does the trick.

vcd easy
thing that sucks is it makes in/cue
but if you look into kvcd(my sig)
you can have enough for chapters/moving title/whole movie

Nero 6 ULTRA is amazing for creating VCD menus oh yeah u can encode a film as well!

Is it easy to use?
I have Nero 6 Ultra, but haven't tried it.
Do you load it by clicking on the 'make VCD' or 'Make Super VCD'?

don't use nero to encode, does a shity job & takes twice as long as tmpeg
nero is the best burning app, just not good @ converting

Wow, thanks for all the replies! Easy CD Creator doesn't support my burner, and I didn't really like VCDEasy. But Nero is great, I didn't know Nero 6 Ultra made VCD menus, thanks everyone.
