Snee - it's this horrendous tv show here in the UK where they put so called celebrities in the jungle for 10 days or something.
During this time the country's popular media speaks about not much else
As for homunculus - I had a look at 3 different online dictonaries and they all stress the 'mun'.
I can't remember the times I have been laughed at because I pronounced a word true to its Latin origin, only to realise that, of course, it had been bastardised to make it sound more English
