i've got a tesco's extra value acer laptop roight, its an aspire 5532. "15.6 HD screen.

i've downloaded a 10gig copy of avatar - Avatar 2009 1080p BluRay X264-AMIABLE

ive nevar played a HD movie before, i've been told its just like being outdoors only indoors.

i've just tried to plhey it and it stutters like a twat.

do i need to piss about with codecs or something else? i've only got the k-lite mega pack or is there some other reason it wouldn't work?

Ewe should just get 720 stuffs instead. If that lappy has the HD 3200 in it then the best screen resolution is 1366x768 and would top out at 720p files.

Ewe should also dump KLite codec pack. It's not all that these days. Get this instead.

I have had the most unlucky month ever

First the husband gets the sack, then the car blows up and the garage tries to swindle us, then there's a fraudulent transaction on my bank account causing me not to be able to pay the rent until the middle of the month and now the landlord has decided to kick us out because of the previous. Bah.

On the upside, my mum bought us a new car and she is coming over to visit us in two weeks time.

I have fallen victim to a karmic sammich. True story.

At Tuesday lunchtime I went to what I thought to be the bestest sammich joint in the world. I'd usually have chicken tikka cos that's what all the cool guys have. On that fateful lunchtime, however, I thinks to myself...have chicken salsa instead...just to be different. So I did.

I handed the sammich woman a tenner to pay for my 3 squids 35 pees sammich containing a fuckload of chicken, salssa sauce, mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato, and cucumber on brown bread cos brown bread is the best. She handed me back 9 squids 65 pees. This means, for the hard of thinking amongst you, that the sammich cost me 35 pees. Humanity 1 Evil Sammich Makers nil.

You'd think so, whouldn't you. I was chuffed to the max and wolfed that good ole sammich down in no time at all. I have since been laid up with the bad botulism and have been vomiting and shiteing up a storm. Revised score...Humanity nil Evil Sammich Makers 15.

Still, it got me 3 days off work to the max.
