My recently released from prison reprobate wee brother has just phoned me as I finished work.

By some fucked-up quirk of fate and the benefits system, he has just been backpaid 3 years worth of Incapacity Benefit amounting to about 3000 squids.

He's taking me out for several dozen pints tonight. Woo hoo!! I'm a bit dubious about it all though, cos when me and our kid go partying, it usually lasts for about a week.

For the benefit of Allen, this has been a true story brought to you courtesy of me. True story.

Between all the hoopla and nonsense, there have actually been a few genuine moments.

Stevie Wonder, Magic Johnson, and Brooke Shields thus far have delivered some passionate speeches.

It's anything but "very emotional and respectful". It's an unorganized circus of celebs reading teleprompters and acting like they give a fuck. Stupid fans are screaming things out almost non stop and no one can get through 60 secs of talking without the place erupting in applause every time some dipshit yells "We love you Michael".

Other than the three people I named above, which were genuinely heartfelt contributions, it's been like some sort of awards show without the proper awards.

Why was he in prison?

This intrigues me, I don't know anyone who knows anyone who's proper been to prison.

Well, Gem went to military prison for a month, but that doesn't really count.

You know what I fucking hate?

People on ebay who provide a Buy I Now option on their auction and then don't reply to you when you buy the fucking item.
I bought a jogging bugging almost two days ago because I wanted it quickly and because it was a decent price for it, slightly less than what they usually go for at auction. What is the use of allowing people to buy it there and then if you're not even going to check your bloody ebay?

And I also hate drivers who don't move over when you are approaching them in the fast lane. Especially if those people are driving a hired white van. Twats.

What, in the name of fuck, is a 'jogging bugging'?

Our kid went to jail cos he stole cars, robbed people and generally made a silly wee fuck of himself basically, btw.

I'm back now. Only had about 4 or 5 pints. Got a good bit of weed off of him though and now I'm woppified.
