Members (especially you) have a different quality of humor that I haven't associated with, ever since I moved out from under the Union Jack.

Welcome, ringhunter. There is a bit of "trial by fire" around here necessitated by the number of wanna-be challengers who don't see this section as anything other than a place for hostility.

As you spotted, there are some very intelligent, personable people who frequent the Lounge. If it weren't for the entry requirements, this place would be a wasteland in no time.

Let me clear it up, that I did not really view this place as a derelict's safe haven. I had seen/read a few threads, including a decent portion of this very thread, so I knew that there are quite a few impressive people around (I was actually intimidated out of participating in the lounge discussions at first, because I thought I was too much of a troll/unremarkable participant).

I couldn't resist poking a little bit of fun at chalice, though, when I saw it was the time for it; and I suppose it worked out for the best. Thanks for the official welcome, if you consider at as such, haha.
