i think you are correct on this person. but just because there are accounts by the same name in other forums, it doesn't mean that they are owned by the same person.He has accounts on a few ratio cheater forums, so maybe that explains it.

Of course not, but one has to consider his ratio proof and make a deduction.
For example, if I were a tracker admin I wouldn't ban him just because there is a user by the same name on a cheating forum that may or may not be him... I'd do further investigation. But here we're not banning him so it's much easier to just say, "yeah he's definitely a cheater."

Everyone that has been a member for 6 months or more, got 1 referral the other day.
23,000 given out, 204 used, and if anyone knows me, thats just not good enough.
10,000 members have come through the doors with referrals in the last 4 months, but we only have 1,000 more members than we had 5 months ago lol
so something is fucked up somewhere.

People are probably afraid to take a chance on someone they don't know, especially if they have established an account. It's very hard to trust someone on the internet. Take this guy for example, we have no precise idea if he's a cheater or not.
But why am I even saying this, you probably already know it.
