256 is such a shitty bitrate. You could have v0 and it would be the same size but it would be alot closer to cd quality. I despise that bitrate.

Sure it still sounds great but I hate it cause of this fact.

For me it's always scene standard V2 or V0.

Always 320 for tracks, but hunt the flac for sample fodder

192 is perfectly acceptable for me.

But to be honest, the quality of music is more important than the quality of the sound, so for example if there was a stonking live recording of a track I like, but I could only get it at 128, I wouldn't turn my nose up at it.

IMO 320 is just a waste, your ears don't work well enough to distinguish the difference. Well even if they do, they won't when you get older...
