That's not true though. Registrations were open to all users, not just Scandinavians, at least twice. And they actually emphasise that there are 6 different languages which the tracker supports.

But yes, it's their right to do whatever they want with the tracker. And it's our right to disagree with it, and not being able to see any sense in it.

Since when Mongolia and Zambia -plus a bunch of countries that are not banned- are nordic?

But not a big deal, just a few countries are banned, the rest of the world is quite bigger, so whenever ppl from Benin or Monaco -two examples- can upload torrents to the site they will have enough torrents to download

They didnt botter to ban them because of the small number of internet users in those places,or at least ISP's.

Keep your signature in old sanskrit please.

And I suppose they didn't ban Canada and the USA for the same reason, unless al the Canadians and Americans are Scandinavians...

Well, the Vikings were the first to sail over to North America, so...

On the other hand, the forefathers of the natives came over Bering Strait, so they need to unban Russia ASAP.

I made the account 2 days ago, everything was fine, till tonight: "Sorry, your country (ro) is not allowed, kthxbai."
their decision, but they banned some countries randomly!!
i would have understood only 2 situations:
    - turn nordic, allow only 4 5 nordic countries and ban all others.
    - ban the countries which would have cause problems in the future!!
But they banned in a curious way! I would like to know the criterias for this thing!
