MAGDEBURG, Germany (AP) - German authorities have broken up 38 child-pornography rings with links to tens of thousands of suspects around the world, including in the United States, officials said Friday.
The pursuit of a child pornographer in the eastern city of Magdeburg had led investigators to a total of 26,500 suspect Internet users in 166 countries, officials said.
