Thread: Roxio Cd/dvd Creator 6

    I am very new at this --I have downloaded Roxio cd/dvd creator 6 (full), and now I have no idea how to open or what to do to get it to work. Can anyone help?

    Do I have to move it from my shared file first? - because when i click on icon nothing happens.

    What is the file extension and the approximate file size? It may need to be unpacked or burned to cd if it is a .ISO or .BIN.
    There is a tutorial that is pinned at the top of the software board describing these extensions.

    unzip the file if it is zipped then run the exe and the installation menu should come up from there it's self explanatory

    WinRAR and WinISO are what u need.

    WinRAR for Zip and other archives
    WinISO for Bin, ISO, etc

    Finally someone with some sense.

    Easy Coaster Creator doesn't even support burning bin/cue files.
    And I just love their Product Comparison with Nero. Scroll down to the bottom and you'll see "* Compared to Nero Burning ROM 5.0"

    These Roxio people are really retarded!

    to prevent cd currupt.. i just extract the img contents to a folder.. then burn to a cd. Never failed

    it is an iso file - about 484644 kb's - let me know if this is what i do ----burn that file to a cd then i should be able to start it up and then follow the instructions?? I await anyones response.
