Quick search shows that it's incompatible with 64bit in some ways...
Assuming that is why you are asking?

I used it for a very long time (2 years +) in XP, and alas not x64 But I found it ratehr bulky after awhile, but I did like the "different trays" or vm "folders" you could create.
I found I like Rocketdock so much better, so much lighter and customizable out the ying-yang, and I know Objectdock has the "stacks docklet" (an extra add-on)but the stack is bad ass.
A few desks I found, I have too much "goolish" stuff on the desk to post right now....nothing illegal, I don't wanna look trashy

Another vote for RocketDock from me as well, and it works great on Vista x64.
