I guess that would be all in the way you word it.

Take for instance if you were to write something like " I don't believe this for a minute .If you ask me there would be only two kinds of people who would post something like thing and both of them are liars " .Then it's only an opinion and therefore acceptable.

However is you said something like "this guy is nothing but a scammer" then that would be an accusation and not acceptable.

Language is a wonderful thing.
