ok sorry I didnt read this earlier

but what I gathered in study the copyright law it still needs the authority of teh artist in order to even put a mixed CD in

you are still infriding copright while copying that particualr song onto another CD

hey put it this way

lets say I copy a tool album Lateralus then chuck 4 more albums on the end of it right

I have 5 albusm on that CD but its still known as a mixed CD

so there is no difference you see??
