I got all the bits to building my computer, but. Small problem...
On my mobo there was a sticker over the ram ports, and It's left some residue of the glue on parts.
How the hell do I get the glue off?

Rubbing alcohol on a bit of old tee shirt should do it.

Avoid using cotton balls or paper towels as they could leave fibers behind.

Shouldn't be a big deal. Just use rubbing alcohol. I used it clean off the thermal paste on my cpu. Works like a charm.

Remember that rubbing alcohol is mostly water. It should be ok, but make sure you get everything dry.

Also agree with vivitron 15. Good choice for a lint-free, non-scratching cloth.

    Acetone can melt plastic.

Sorry, I was not recommending it. I was asking a question as to it's acceptability.

I just used some to get the stickers off the shafts of a new set of golf clubs and it worked great. I was not aware that it would melt plastic.

My apologizes if my question was misleading.
