Does anyone know of any R&B/Hip-hop music tracker that has video's in High def? Bit-hdtv has a music section in HD but hardly has any seeders and also doesnt really specalise in music.

I'm not really sure any trackers really specialize in HD music videos. I'd think for something like that public sites are probably your best bet, although MV specializes in music videos. I'm not sure how many of them are actually "HD" though.

HD music videos are (almost) non-existent. The majority of the latest videos /released 2009-2010 by the big labels/ are mastered in SD, almost all older music videos are either SD or lower.
Good luck and let me know if you find a place, that offers something, which doesn't really exist.
