Thread: Problem Displaying Subtitles.

  1. #1
i dled 2 movies with their sub files, and installed VobSub, but i still cant see the subtitles in the movie in wmp9. the green arrow appears in the system tray, but it seems the movie is still not subbed.
i tried to use BS Player, but the sub didnt work either.
wat have i done wrongly? i'm sure its not the problem with the sub files...

Well, if you want to use BS-player to show subtitles, you have to make sure that your avi file and your subtitles have exactly the same name, eg.

XABCD.avi and XABCD.srt (or whatever the extension is of your subtitle). Put them in the same folder and BS-player will use the subs automaticly when you are playing the movie...

yep...they are of the same name...have already taken note of that...
one thing i noticed is tat when i try to scan thru the movie in WMP 9, ie. click on the timeline, the subtitles appear in the first frame n then dissappears again.
anyone who know wat the problem is...pls help...
