Just because they get 100% doesn't mean they are leeching though they might have a T1-T3 connection. But not that many leech and sometimes it's good when they get good speeds then if they do share they can be a seeder and help get the file out quicker.

the automatic kick ban is not for leechers, its for ppl that send bad data to others.

you must have had a download where its said redownloading because of bad data (or words to that effect) wellthis client will kick the user you are getting from and move on to the next.

and peergaurdian DOES NOT work. tried it because i run my own tracker, (4 different versions as well). as a test i put my friends ip addy in and only that one, then i got him to try a few things.

he got onto the tracker page, posted a comment, downloaded a torrent, leeched a torrent from me. went into mirc and i received a file from him and he recieved a file from me. then msn, exactly the same thing. then he went to my forum logged in posted on it added an atachment and downloaded an attachment.

as i run the tracker and my forum from my pc it should have stopped him,but it didnt.

i have been saying for months that peergaurdian is just there as a scare tactic to stop ppl using p2p programs and it looks like i was spot on. If it wont stop my mate downloading off me what chance has it got of stopping the RIAA etc.

I personally think even though there has been many bug fixes and improvements in countless versions.Even in the 3.3 version of ex.
Funny enough IMO and in many others 321ex is the best.
