I am no expert in this dept but I think you have to use a web address or use the http or img brackets to surround the address

When you go into the 'edit signature' bit of your controls click on the 'http:' button and paste in an address of a pic that you have found on the web e.g. http://www.klboard.ath.cx/style_images/1/logo4.gif then click update my sig and away you go.
OK sorry scratch that use the i.mg button instead and paste the link in the box provided....sorrrreeeee
