    On the experimental BitTorrent (v3.2.1b2 I think I'm using...), you are almost always constantly uploading whatever you're downloading/downloaded.
    And it gives a running count of the amount you've uploaded AND downloaded separately.

    To hit 1 GB/day uploading, you have to upload at a sustained rate of at least 12 KB/sec ALL day.

    If more people keep just 25% of their upload bandwidth constantly uploading something other people want, KL++ download speeds would skyrocket.
