Custom DVDR
Film XviD
Film HD
TV DVDR
TV XviD
TV HD
(Film = Movie)
I'd say it's a nordic/swedish tracker. Torrents which doesn't include either swedish subtitles or being spoken in swedish aren't allowed to be uploaded.
They allow non nordic people. At least I've seen some there.

They don't give a damn if you are an FTN user. They asked you for specific tracker profiles, just answer properly.
And yes, they do allow non nordic IPs.
