so i want to install Win7 from my Sandisk Cruzer which has U3 software, now to do that i need to format my USB to NTFS and then copy Windows Instillation files on it, i was wondering can i restore U3 on my disk after i have finished with windows instillation? there is a restore file for U3 on USB, will that do the work? and must i format it back to FAT32?

Yes, I've done it. I can't recall what I had to do, but it did do it.

It must have been easy though since I don't remember...

You could also probably get the files back from the website. They love having random software on your flash drive, no reason to not have it available
