Notebook Tv-out

i have a packard-bell easynote E3 3256. my problem is does anybody know of a shortcut to enable/disable the tv-out function. at present you have to go through the disply settings to turn on or off tv-out
the display driver is
s3g savageproddr
using windowsw xp home
any help would much appriciated as this is doing my head in

On my laptop i have to hold down the FN key then press F5 but i have a toshiba laptop.

Its usually the FN key and a key with a picture of a monitor on it.
