Norton 2009/10 Internet Security. Trust me people say it's heavy and all but it takes up 3MB (yes, 3!!) after install and after running Norton Insight. Kaspersky for comparison takes up 16MB.

And the detection is top notch from yearly tests, the firewall is impenetrable, and it doesn't pop up mesages every time something tries to connect to the internet.

Norton sucked before, in 2006 days. Currently it's above everything else.

I have had very few virus problems with Norton n the past. Stopped using it when they got a little wiser with their protection. Tried some of the free stuff and noticed that it did not protect as well as I had hoped.

Using Symantec Endpoint Protection (on TL, if you need it). No serial, hassle, nothing. Designed for Enterprise. I have not had any problems. I would pay for it if I had to. Yeah, I like it THAT much.

Everyone one can recommend all they want, but only "1" Anti Virus has been #1 in VB test results for like 5 years, ESET.

I'd suggest running on AVG Free, no need to buy anything, it does the job really well. If not, try for Kaspersky!

Kaspersky or Eset, there's not much to choose between them, my own choice was Eset.

For business use I found Eset's management interface easier to use so that's the one I recommend to my clients.

Avoid McAfee, Symantec, AVG unless you want your system to run like it's powered by a Pentium II.

^^^ Wow, such insight. Any reasons as to why it's the best? IMO ESET is the perfect blend of speed, performance and usability.
See ya in another life, brother.

"If you like it buy it"

"Computer games don't affect kids; I mean if Pac-Man affected us as kids, we'd all be running around in darkened rooms, munching magic pills and listening to repetitive electronic music"
