We just talked and the problem solved with some more problems i had(mainly not problems but throttles)
I don't know if he has problem's as i read before but i can say that he is trying a lot and he is doing very good job.

We have a big problem about server downtime, every tuesday servers goes offline 11am(gmt+03) and is down for 12hours... i put messages via messenger, but no answer why the server is down... this is very bad couse we are running a torrent tracker and losing users for this reason...

Support dont tell the reason for this at all and we are left to wonder why this happens every week???
