I've been a member for quite some time and i've send emails, snail mails, petitions, etc to my congressmen and other politicians ... hopefully if enough people do this we will be noticed and heard

sharing of thoughts openly is important - ok, i unfortunately live in germany,
but I will see what I can do, but what everyone can do is to offer an opened
atmosphere in everydaylife: just be opened - share your thougths openly also OFFLINE that is more important!!! obviously also filesharing...

by the way: media like tv station in the states has great influence and you can
defeat RIAA a little bit by making it public on a tv station!!!! so everyone would know!!!
