Thread: Do you put cereal in before or after putting in milk?

    One must first put the cereal in, then pour the milk accordingly. There should be a tablespoon of milk for every 10 flakes. (for something like Frosted Flakes, or Fruity Pebbles) If there are larger individual pieces, one must take this into consideration:


    Using Statistical Estimation, we find that A = how many table spoons of milk we need per morsel.

    X = Size_Of_Dish; (Diameter in inches) ~ It should be volume, I know... It's flawed.

    N is something too...

    Anyway, I put the milk in last... It always works out. Just an acquired talent?

    EDIT: The biggest flaw is pouring the cereal, then realizing that there is no milk. Egg sandwich time!

    That makes so much sense. Refill as you need instead of putting it all in at once, that way it doesn't become soggy before you reach the end.
