I was going to use my ISP webspace, but I don't think they have SQL and PHP pre-installed.

it has been awhile since i set up a web site from scratch but quite often you can get other servers to host / do certain things for you while keeping your site where it is

I got PHP4 and MySQL 7 Perl installed on my PC, and it doesnt even have the interent, jsut host it your self.

Nothing On The Moon.
How can you host it your self
And does any body know a true free PHP host. All the ones I found wants you to pay.

im sure lycos has php and mysql support, well lycos.co.uk anyway
