I'm also having a problem with my waffles account, and of course, am a complete noob regarding irc - is there any other way I could contact a member of staff, like email or someone here or something as I can't get it to register my nick with nickserv..any help would be appreciated, I'm desperate!

If so, install the ChatZilla plugin.
Restart FireFox.
Come back here and click this link - irc://irc.p2p-network.net/waffles.fm-help
