Please.. need info on how to solve this problem.. and no i had a full virus scan with NAV2004 pro.. nothing came up and yes.. i have all the ram (if it is related) i need (2 sticks of PC3200 512 MB DDR) anyone can elaborate on this problem?

Open task manager > processes and see what's using cpu.
