    is it illegal to cook sawsages, let them go cold, put them in the fridge and then eat them in sammichez the next day for work or will that make the meat catch aids or something else?

    You can buy the small sawsages ready cooked, the ones that go on cocktail sticks.
    And poeple eat them, try dijon mustard yummy.

    Hmm... maybe I should make a thread on that.

    But for the op, as long as you keep them somewhere safe (like in the fridge) and keep them well covered, it should be fine.

    I like to do this. I always BBQ a whole package of sausages at once or else it's too much hassle to do only 3 or 4 at one time. And ketchup with sausages/ with sandwiches is just wrong. Honey or dijon mustard with a sausage, and if it's in a sandwich instead of a bun add some lettuce into it.
