And what a toothy grin that must be.

Out of order
Dont think it's dangerous, but it sure is dumb...
We used to go to a local school late at night and nick one of the sirens that are blown to announce the start/end of classes in these parts. The sirens are sort of like the airhorns they use on kenworth trucks, but use normal mains power instead of an aircompressor.
We'd take the siren and plug it into a power point on one of the lamp posts in a nearby park, turn it on and run away as fast as we could while laughing till it hurt as the siren went BWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA... etc until some poor sod came along and turned it off.
We got busted after doing this about 5 times. It was inevitable that one night we would get caught, because we always did it at the same park.
We got a sound telling off from the local constabulary, let off with a warning and our parents were informed.
Grounded for a month
