biohost.info do some really small packages for a few dollars a month, or seedbox.me do one for $10 a month. I've used both, and neither were great, but they should suit your purposes

Did the OP ever find a seedbox? I want one too. I was with ultraseeeds.org for two months. but my seedbox seems to be dead now.
Also you may check with seedbox.cc
They are OK, not always at top of their speed but with cheap plans, 3 torrents, 10gb space and unlimited 100mbit bandwidth. I have account with them from July and for that price (3eur) i am very satisfied.
Very funny that they send their clients for support at seedbox.fr, i guess it is same company, read review on here before signing up.

I just bought an account with seedboxsales.co.uk. seems like a good fit for me and quite cheap for the features you get. Time will tell if they are any good though.
