I emailed them again yesterday morning to find out whats going on, but I doubt that I'll get a quick response.
I think at this stage that raising a paypal dispute is my only recourse.
me like a fool did i as a gif which is not disputible, i guess it's a lesson learnt. I resigned up as i had a solid month of good usage with them. I guess if no joy by monday i'll go look elsewhere

servers which went down and never came back so our first priority
was to get new servers and shift all old users to new ones. Your
seedbox is setup and now we do promise you wont be facing any
