Moviex.info wtf

I ve been a member of that site haven't used it much tho.
I tried to log in today and it redirected me at http://scenedirect.org with an open signup. Anyone knows whats the deal with this? Is this site related to moviex or what?

I searched around a bit but the info i got was quite confusing:

Moviex.info split into two sites. SceneDirect and Home of the ex pirates(I don't have the exact address.)
