Review: The band i have had huge raps on ever since they released their EP back in early 2002...These guys have what it takes to be up their in the all time greats of Australian music...Their sharp, chrisp metal music have made them a favourite
amongst both peers, fans and also critics *amazingly (Australian artists never get that much press)...Anyways with their debut EP being top notch...much was expected from this band and they did deliver...With the songs being sung with so much power and passion...you can tell these guys are dedicated to their
music...Songs such as *Crave* and *A.D* show they know how to do what they love...a very nice album with lots of brilliance...

Review: Australia's favourite punk band...The Living End have made a huge impact on Australian music...from their humble beginnings...to their now huge fan base in Australia and now taking on the world...From teenage anthems, to Australian anthems and so many songs with so many messages...These guys have it all...It was hard to pick one of their albums..All their EP's, live sets and albums are remarkable...This album (their debut album) is the one i picked...It was their starting point and have only improved since then...Lots of great songs on this CD (it is a rare complete start to finish album)...standouts include two teenage anthems *Prisoner Of Society* and *Second Solution* aswell as two serious songs *All Torn Down* and *Save The Day*...this album is just pure brillance and a must have album...

Review: The Superjesus are another band who deserve respect and really should of been heard overseas in their time...This album is another one of the class of 98...Such a great year for Australian music...And this album was no different...Another band who had EP's before their album and decided to release the debut album in 1998...This was up their with The Living End's album...The band is led by a female singer (the rest of the band is male) and has a brilliant rock sound to it...This is the best piece of The Superjesus's work..with the standout songs of *Down Again* and *Now And Then*...it made this album a highlight of 1998...a very hard year to breakthrough with the amount of talent in that year...They managed to pull it off with an excellent album...another must have album...

Review: What a way to end this top 30...Australia's favourite sons, TISM...Short for *This Is Serious Mum*...These guys were the original Mr Controversies...With their outrageous stage shows and their unbelievable lyrics and songs...Their music is a mix of everything rolled into one and simply can only be put under the Alternitive banner...These guys can put a smile on your face when your down...some of their lyrics are absolutely classic...*I Might Be Cunt, But I'm Not A Fucking Cunt* is pretty much my anthem and is such a great song both lyrically and musically...These guys have a huge following and are quite nice guys...This album is the best of their long career...I advise you to have a TISM album in your collection...a great band with this being their best offering...

Just thought I'd post my favourite Aussie album. Dig ~~ Deeper. 1994, so just fits in with Celers.

    Tracks.
    1. Two way dreamtime
    2. Medium rare
    3. The favourite
    4. D.N.A.
    5. Pythonicity
    6. Shelflife
    7. Hip replacement
    8. Suffer the children
    9. Gil
    10. The Dig theme
    11. The den
    12. Terrified from dizzy heights
    13. Re-invent yourself
    14. Inner blue funk

Dig are a jazz oriented funky rock outfit, easy to listen to, and very good musicians. I don't know what they are doing now, or if they are still together. This album is well worth a listen.
