lol he ran away with the money he doesn't care anymore..just get him totally reported to ovh..and make sure his site goes down check with polish rules regarding online fraud too..

(also have irc and when I needed them they were there and resolved the issue immediately). The box behaved just as expected, so after a month with them I am (finally) a happy customer and surely will continue doing business with this company.

yep seems to have disappeared altogether. so much for promising a refund 9 days ago.

doesnt answer msn pms now even.

reckons he dont care if hes reported to ovh, guess cos hes got all our money now and has run.

he owes 1000's and 1000's of euros in refunds. we'll never see any of it.

hello satya,you have server from him too?i dit,but he nick was ucekpolish,and his suuport was excellent,guerillaPunk had his eg max too,and he was glad,i dont know where probs begun,by me ucekpolish selled company somebody,and he is scammer and focking cock

no idea m8 i used to have a server i quit right when this thing got bad..so i had just managed to use up my month..now he is just gone..so i say report him to polish fraud agencies and OVH too..other than that i would say move on bcz u really cant get a refund from paypal or him.

Ya he shut me down about a week before my due date and I threatened him with a visa charge back and he returned it for a week...of course it was gone first thing on the 7th day.

Guys,
I was his customer for last 9 or 10 months,had very few problem.

But from the last 2 months or so,the server was going down 2 or 3 times in a month,and I have to contact him to reboot it,which took a max of 12 hours.

I paid him to renew for my server on time,and after a week the server was down,I connected him and the result was...

"My PAYPAL account has been frozen,and PAYPAL has shut him down"

So what I do now,I had so much important file on the server,and the money for renew,both is gone...

.

Any suggestion to get the money back...

(and a good dedicated server provider.)
