    Ok, I will give you 24 hours to have my service restored and if not then I will charge back. You honestly need to put a post on your webpage or send a mass email to your clients informing them of the issues you are having. You make it look suspicious when you do not respond or make promises you can't keep.

    Now that's better...got your mass mail.

    I have been a long time customer and you have always treated me with great customer service so I am going to give you the benefit of the doubt. Please continue to send updates when you have any.

    My server is back online, and Lucas answer my phone calls (twice).
    All files are there and the server has not even be restarted.

    Mine is still offline, what a surprise !
    I want to believe that he's working on all offline servers, but I have a hard time believing that, especially if mine and many others are not up and will certainly not be by tomorrow night.
    Prove me wrong Lucas.

    Do we have a time frame as to when you will be restoring everyone's servers? you need to start communicating with us Lucas. Sending a mass mail is nice but you need to clarify as to the problem at hand and how long it will take to fix.

    If there is no communication or a resolution by within 24 hours I will commence with a charge back on my credit card and a complaint report to visa.....I trust you will do what is right.

    lol, I didn't even get that mass e-mail. I guess I'm not considered client any more even if my box should expire on the 30th. Too bad for the data on it. (it was taken offline on the 24th)
