    because they like to make pointless pinned topics tht cud have been put in the faqs and ppl r too lazy to goto the faqs so they ask pointless questions so they make loads off pinned topics

    lots of people think its confusing or just want some one to walk them thru their problem, its kinda of like when you call some where do you want to get a machine or talk to a live person
