Go with Keyweb. Many Hosting-IE servers were turned off by Keyweb leaving a lot of people without a server.

Is the dFlat truly unlimited 100mbit or does it drop to 10mbit after 2TB or so?

I believe Keyweb will inspect the server if too much bandwidth is used. It probably isn't worth the hassle so most people should checkout OVH/Kimsufi.

don't order from hosting-ie for 2 ressons, 1 they are keyweb resellers , 2 they are fraud, all their server were terminated by keyweb in may, and there is a big thread on webhostingtalk forums about people who lost their money and paypal disputes didn't help them as this is virtual service, so don't do mistake that hundreds already done
