Klitchko is a a good fighter at 38 years old. He is 38-2 with 37 knockouts. Mayweather showed he is still one of the best pound for pound fighters in the sport with a impressive performance against Juan Marquez even though Marquez was not as good as other boxers like Pacquiao,cotto,Mosley. I doubt Manny Pacquiao could take Mayweather. He has a strong guard and is quick, ducks a lot of punches and counters them with quick jabs.
