i have a new mobile phone which can do polyphonic ringtones, which means i can transfer midis to the phone and have realistic ringtones

I was just wondering if any of yous could reccomend a site to find midis that is updated regularly and has alot of newer songs ??

Depends on the phone I have a Nokia and use http://www.phunkyphones.net/
you can hear them then write the name ie:song 102 etc down,after I find them in my history and transfer them to the phone having renamed them of course.

Good tip, I like that site. You can right click the link and select "save target as" as well.
If you dint have a phone that plays .mid or midi files you can get conversion software that you have to pay for or you could probaly find it to download. I use Coding Worksop Ringtone Converter for mine. It includes the software to run your PC as a WAP server if you dont have a data cable for your phone.
