universities have programs that are able to make the direct link between the text you found on the net and your essay, even if you modified its structure.

Thanks, sez. I wonder how often that is used. The school would have to pay for it. The schools I have been in (I've taken the tour in this area) None of them have mentioned anything besides Google.
Academic honesty is mentioned at the beginning of every class. Looks like this could be valuable. And scary!
Oh, and for KushBlow- I think sez found you a valuable link here! The site says they have over 90 million papers. Just log in. Surely someone has done a report on Canuks cuttin' down trees and smokin'/sellin' pot.
This could save you a lot of time!
some of our instructors made us submit papers online and hand out a hardcopy as well. They said the online system automatically checked for any short of plagiarism.
there are plenty of sites where you can buy (or exchange in some cases) papers (google it yourself).
